Job Description:
- Hiring potential candidates as per processes.
- Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity.
- Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question.

The team member is responsible for timely and
accurate processing of employee payroll data according to the project
deadlines and to the expected quality, interact with the Client on a
daily basis via phone and email, work on resolving Compensation &
Benefits related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members,
ensure that the documentation is up to date.

Primary Skills (Must have)
- Process Compensation & Benefits requests.
- Answer clients calls and emails.
- Process clients queries and escalations.
- Provide clarification of HR policies and procedures regarding compensation like Bonus schemes, Pension etc.
- Manage assigned part of the process according to Capgemini methodology and/or agreed transition plan.
- Update all required process documentation (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes.
- Manage employee benefits:
- STI/LTI Payments.
- One off Payments.
- Recurring Payments
- Share Purchase Plans etc.
- Compensation Reporting ownership
Should be absolutely flexible with shifts specially "Night shift".
