Job Description Responding to commercial section of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for IT outsourcing deals. Create and review commercial construct of the said deals. Understand customers requirement and propose win-win deal structuring, including financial engineering required. Preparing HCL and customers business case. Identify commercial risk involved and propose risk mitigation framework. Work with other stakeholders like taxation, treasury, legal, controllers on deal related aspects. Review the contract from commercial perspective. Interact with sales and delivery teams and with the customer.
Desired Profile : The role requires good commercial acumen, functional knowledge of MS Excel, communication skills. the person should be proactive, responsive to business requirements. Candidate should have minimum 1 year post qualification experience in corporate. Experience should be between 1-6 years. Qualification Required: CA/ MBA with relevant experience can also be considered
