• Domain Experience preferable as per qualification

• Ability to review technical design documents
• Ability to define and review test cases and test conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to review requirements and drive clarity and testability of requirements
• Ability to understand functional design and comprehend data model design
• Extensive experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Self-motivated and self-driven
• Preferred experience on Rational, Enterprise Architect or other requirement management tools
• ERP/IT project experience preferred
