We are looking for a HR person with the relevant experience of atleast 5 years.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- To manage entire employee lifecycle
- To execute performance management exercises
- Liasion with the Government authorities on compliances and labour issues and labour laws
- Monitor all Statutory Compliance areas
- To resolve the grievances within the system and ensuring satisfactory closure of the same
- To initiate and drive employee engagement activities
- Processing full and final settlements
- Review and update HR policies from time to time
- To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time
Desired Profile :
- Should have done regular MBA (HR) from the reputed university
- Good communication skills
- Should have minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience and knowledge of various India labor laws and statutory compliances
- Should have excellent leadership, administrative, interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Must have worked with Corporate HR of larger manufacturing companies with workforce of around 2000 workers
- Salary shall not be a constraint for the right candidate
