   Experience in recruitments in the BFSI space across levels and roles.

   Ensuring seamless delivery for positions assigned

   Strong Internal & external process adherence

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  Graduates / MBAs with 2 years or more exposure in recruitments in BFSI space.

  Sound understanding of the different tools for talent search

  Strong sourcing skills

  Should be well equipped in handling headhunting & mapping assignments

  Strong interpersonal & communication skills with intermediate level of MS office usage.

  Should have a proactive approach to work

  Understand the expectations from an end to end recruiter

  Strong negotiator
