Job Description

 

We are looking for an  HR Generalist profile in one of the leading E-commerce Organization.

• Assisting the senior in structuring the HR system, policies and procedure.
• Active coordination during the pre and post appointment process
• Managing employee relations along with escalation handling . 
• Running employee satisfaction program
• Managing Performance Management System.
• Desired knowledge of compensation and benefits and payroll.
• Exposure in IR will be an added advantage.

Salary: Up to 15K/month.

Gender: Male candidate only.

Experience: min. 1 year as a HR Generalist.

Location: Guwahati, Assam.
